Roosevelt Jones, the 2006 SEMDRA Top Gas Champion, passed away Friday afternoon, Dec. 2 in Columbus, MS, at the age of 54.

The loss was unexpected and was caused by a massive heart attack. He was returning home after going to the woods to run his hunting dogs. He pulled to the side of a road and suddenly passed away. A concerned woman pulled up behind him and summoned help. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  

We will miss our dear champion who always put others first. Rest in Peace!
