Our annual Spring Fling is just around the corner! For the next couple months we will be working very hard in class to learn our Spring Fling routines. This is the perfect opportunity for parents, grandparents and family friends to come see just how talented your child is! We can't wait to flaunt our moves and show our stuff. The Urbandale location will hold their Spring Fling May 15 & 16th. Our Des Moines location will hold their Spring Fling on May 22nd. To participate in this event you must register your child. Registration starts April 5th and there is a $20 entry fee per child. Tickets are only $1 and will be sold in the weeks leading up to this exciting event. Mark your calendars!
Jester Meet
Saturday, March 27th, Sapphire Gymnastics Academy will be hosting our annual Jester Style Meet. Come out to support the girls as we go for the gold. We'll be kicking off the day at 9:00am and flipping until 4:00pm. Just because you don't have a child in this meet, doesn't mean there's no reason to come. Parents, many of your children aspire to become like these girls and would love to see them flip, twist and twirl. Also, many of your children have friends who are competing this weekend. Let's all give our support to these immensely talented young ladies! Admission will be charged at the door, $5 for adults and $3 for children.
Mom's Morning Out
Coming this Fall to a Sapphire location near you! Are you ready for more options? We will be giving you plenty of them with our new Mom's Morning Out program! Get ready for the option of one morning or two for your 2 or 3 year-old to come to Sapphire from 9:00am until noon! During this time they get to work on colors, numbers and so much more through the tools of gymnastics, dance, art, foreign language and music! We will also be focusing on large motor and gross motor development. Keep an eye out in the next couple newsletters for more information and don't forget to checkout our "what's up" bulletin board for constant up-to-date information.
Summer Camps
Over the summer we are proud to offer eleven different week-long camps for your children. These camps have such themes as luau party, barnyard palooza and treasure hunt. Our camps are offered in the morning as well as the evening. Morning camps run Monday through Friday and are $99 per camp. Evening camps run Monday through Thursday and are $75 per camp. Check out our website for what week contains which camp. Also, you get a bonus! If you book your spot in a camp before May 1st, you receive a $5 discount, per camp! What are you waiting for?!
