Now is the Time to Raise Up a 24/7 Prayer Shield over our community!
Join us this Saturday, April 9th for the launch of "Operation Rolling Thunder" from 9am-9pm at New Life Christian Center (located at 16575 SE Webster Rd in Milwaukie, OR).
Our goal is to mobilize 39 groups/churches to Prayer & Worship for one day (24 hours) from the National Day of Prayer (Thursday, May 5th) to the Global Day of Prayer, (Sunday, June 12th) & to set up Strategic Councils that will serve as a Transformation Task Force in the Seven Major Spheres of Influence that Shape & Control our Society & Culture: Family, Religion, Business, Government, Education, Media & Entertainment.
Church Leaders & Maketplace Leaders (from these Seven Major Spheres of Influence) are invited to come to join Tim & Brenda Taylor of Watchman Ministres and Paul & Linda May Mackie of City of Refuge Community in this Organizational Kick-Off Event, sponsored by Jim & Lanita Sweeney of Sweeney Consulting Services & Pastor Ed Grant of New Life Christian Center.
9am - 12 Noon - Worship & Vision/Organization (Tim Taylor)
12 Noon - 1:15pm - Lunch for registered patricipates
1:30pm - 5pm - Prayer Leader & Team Dynamics (Tim Taylor) & ORT-PDX Strategy & Leadership (Paul Mackie)
5pm - 7pm - Dinner on your own

On Monday, April 4th, hundreds of Pastors gathered in Salem with the Oregon Family Council to hear from our government leaders asking us to "Just Show Up!" & "Come, Pray for Us!" Also State Rep Bruce Hannah (Co-Speaker of the House) again asked us to come back to Salem on Saturday, April 16th for the R.O.A.R Rendezvous event at the Capitol Building.
