Greetings!

Welcome to Spring, this is a time of beginnings and action. As the flowers bloom and trees begin to leaf, so do you.

Within you reside great treasures - vast reserves of strength, courage, wisdom, compassion and love. These treasures become seeds full of your dreams and desires, waiting to unfold. Spring energy, triggers your seeds to surge forth with a desire to transform into the physical world.

Feel this as a loving, creative force swelling within you; this is the power of your creative energy. Awaken to your creative energy; allow the creative heart of all to inspire you. As it flows through you, it becomes charged, your awareness and growth amplify your creative energy, transforming it into a creative force.

Open your heart and acknowledge your treasures, your seeds that live within, for this calls spring energy into action. You have so much worth; it's time to create the life your soul has been nudging you toward.

Trees

Trees have such amazing personalities and individual characters. As a little girl I could feel the roots of all trees intertwining and I would refer to it as "the trees holding hands underground." The trees may look separate upon the earth but I know they are all connected. This connection... gives them strength in storms and an ever flowing stream of wellness and love - what one tree experiences, so do the whole. The same goes for us as we are all connected through our hearts - we are all as one.

Your Healing Tree Meditation

Here is a small ritual for finding your own personal healing tree.

Enter a quiet park or forest that has a variety of trees. Stand quietly amongst the trees and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and bring your focus to your heart. Open your eyes and feel one particular tree calling you.

Move toward it and place ...your back against the trunk, imagine your consciousness connecting with the tree through your breathing. Feel a connection to all things through the branches as they draw down the illuminating, love energy of Father Sky and through the roots as they draw up creative, love energy of Mother Earth moving together in the trunk and your heart.

Stay here for as long as you like and give thanks to your tree when finished.

See a Tree's Aura

Look at a tree today and intend to see its Aura. Focus on the top of a tree; allow your eyes to relax. Now shift your focus to the sky about 1 o'clock. While keeping your focus on the sky, shift your attention to the immediate outline of the tree.

Remember to relax and allow your vision to slightly go out of focus if it needs to. You will most likely see an expanded white glow around the tree. You may also see actual energy streaks emanating outward from branches which are similar to those that are seen around the perimeter of the sun during an eclipse.
