I have had an interesting month I have spent my time trying to control, make things happen and wondering what I have been doing wrong, for I am not getting the results I expected. All of this has culminated into a head cold and no wonder, for I really needed to give myself a break.   
 
We have just experienced a new moon in Leo, a new moon gives you the opportunity to go within and sow seeds of new beginnings. Leo encourages you to bask in the glory of you and the magnificent discovery and expression of your authentic self. It assists you as you open your heart to change & creative risk, as you step courageously into the truth of you. All breakthroughs are preceded by chaos and during this time I have revisited my spiritual warrior.
 
Life offers us an opportunity to become a Spiritual Warrior, to face and embrace the aspects of ourselves and the world that may make us feel uncomfortable. Once the Spiritual Warrior has been birthed, you walk the path of freedom, being illuminated by the truth and love of all, for the aspects of life that make you uncomfortable will no longer run you.
 
How often do you compromise or distract yourself if a situation or feeling arises you think will be painful? Feel and view theses times as amazing opportunities to love and embrace aspects of yourself and you will experience clear insight on where you are stuck, holding back or sabotaging your life. This is a great time to meditate, have a Reiki or do something that makes you feel good as this gets you out of your own way.
 
As you stop trying to control what you don't want in your life, you leave space and time for all you want in your life. Your dreams and passions will be illuminated and you may realise all things are possible - for these dreams and knowing's always precede your physical experience. Have faith and trust in you and the unfolding beauty of your life and don't swap faith for the evidence you think you can see.
