Dear Carolina parent,
The end of the spring semester is just under four weeks away! Spring has finally arrived in Columbia, and while your student may want to spend more time enjoying the warmer temperatures, encourage him or her to start preparing for final projects and exams now.
Also, as the semester is winding down, help your student learn to relax and manage stress. Remind him or her to exercise regularly, eat well, sleep at least seven to eight hours each night, and enjoy some quiet time every day. Sometimes just listening to music or going for a walk with friends is a great stress reliever!
