Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer afternoon on Thursday and a little party this week:


Thursday, March 1

     Outreach Meeting - 5:30 -6:30 pm

     Volunteer Evening - 5 - 8 pm - Lots of jobs ready to do both are at our Volunteer Office - 542 4th Ave. Ste 102B (basement). The door will be unlocked at 5 pm.


Friday, April 1 - 4-7 pm - First Friday Open House

     Just cuz! Since you will be downtown for First Friday stop by and see us. Refreshments will be served.

Spring Plant Sale with Risse Greenhouse!

 

You will want to put Sunday, May 22 on your calendar. We are hosting an awesome plant sale at our store site (the Foodland building parking lot) with our Community Partner,

Risse Greenhouse.  


There will be hanging baskets, planters, flower and vegetable bedding plants.

PLUS, a petting zoo with new lambs from Turning Light Farms.

and last, but not least, tours of our store site.

 

All this will be happening from 9 am to 1 pm on Sunday, May 22 at the store site parking lot (546 Gaffney Road). Come early for the best selection of plants!
