 Two New Board Members Appointed!
Two board seats recently became vacant with the resignations of Sandra Trumbower and Mary Christensen.
Co-op Market's BOD interviewed several people who expressed interest in volunteering for our board and the appointments were made at the last board meeting on Monday, March 7.
Julie Smith will be serving on the term that ends with our next annual meeting on Oct. 2, 2011. Read her biography here.

As per our by-laws, if a board member resigns before his or her term expires a replacement board member shall be appointed to serve the balance of the term for the vacant position. Such appointment will be subject to a vote of confirmation by the membership at the next annual meeting. Tom Paragi has been appointed to the term that will end in October, 2012. His appointment will be confirmed by the membership at our next annual meeting on Oct. 2, 2011. Read about Tom here. |
