So what do Carrots and Kale have to do with anything?? Well, our "Carrot" is filling up! On Friday afternoon an anonymous lender walked in with a check for $50,000! That brings our Member Loan pledges to over $235,000. And Kale, well this hardy vegetable is great for anything from soup to salad and it will play a role at our festive Southwest Brunch this Sunday, February 27 from 11 am to 3 pm!
