All good reasons to attend our second annual meeting today, September 11 from Noon to 5 pm in the Pioneer Park Civic Center Exhibit Hall.
First, you will have an opportunity to meet one of the most enthusiastic people I've met in a long time, Caleb Ryen. Caleb will be working on our project with the Americorp VISTA program through August, 2011. Hopefully, he will help us to see our community grocery store open. Finally, a note about our annual member letter. There was a little snafu at the bulk mail service and they did not land in mailboxes until Friday. If you have not yet received your letter you can read it on line at our website, www.FairbanksCoop.org. Just click on the tab that says 2010 Letter.
