First in a Lecture Series! Health coach and Yoga teacher, Edward Callaghan, will host a free workshop on how to curb your sugar craving on Wednesday, August 18 at the Chez World Cooking School (corner of 3rd and Noble downtown) from 6 to 8 pm. For more information call 460-6577.
