Summer is almost here and we are kicking into high gear with activities. Saturday, April 24 you'll find our volunteers at two events,
UAF Earth Day and Randy Smith Middle School's Garden Bazaar and Earth Day Fair.
Enjoy a Spring Breakfast with the board this Sunday, April 25 from 10 am to 2 pm at the JP Jones Community Development Center at 2400 Rickert Street.
Expect a feast of whole wheat pancakes, reindeer sausage and other good food cooked up by the talented, Helen McClean.
The Xtra-Tuffs, Emily Anderson, Ryan Bowers and Sabe Herreid Flores are BACK to make this event all the more enjoyable.
On Wednesday, April 28 join us at the Noel Wien Library from 5:30 -8:00 for a showing of the film, "Diet for a New America" followed by a discussion and meeting of the Health and Wellness Committee. Click here to invite people on Facebook.
