It is required that each cast member sell 10 tickets to the public performance.
 
To assist you in this endeavor, we have created TWO Show Posters for you to use to get the word out about our spectacular show!
 
One is in full color, and the other is a more plain, printer-friendly format. Both are available in PDF format.
 
Use the posters to:
  • Print and post in local businesses
  • Print and hand deliver to family and friends
  • Use the PDF file to do an eMail Blast to family and friends
Either way, you now have the tools to get the word out! Let's fill the theatre with a packed crowd!

There IS rehearsal this Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Pasadena Christian Church, located at 789 N. Altadena Drive (across from Victory Park), in Pasadena.

REHEARSAL UPDATE: We are finding it necessary to increase the rehearsal time of Group C to complete all the rehearsal needed to complete this show.  PLEASE NOTE NEW REHEARSAL TIMES STARTING THIS WEEKEND!

GROUP A (K - 2nd): 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
GROUP B (3rd - 6th): 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
GROUP C (7th - Adults): 6:45 pm - 8:45 pm
  
For those of you who have already ordered your costumes please note: Costumes will begin to arrive THIS WEEKEND for Group A boys and girls, and Group B girls.  Please check with the front desk to try them on!  More costumes to arrive in the upcoming weeks...

NOTICE:  LEADS rehearsals are scheduled for Monday, September 26 - Thursday, September 29, 2011.  Rehearsals will be at Pasadena Christian Church from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm and would include ALL GROUP C and ALL LEADS.  Please mark your calendar.
TICKETS SALES POOR!  WE CAN DO BETTER...
Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis and all seats are assigned at time of purchase.  Ticket prices are $22 for premium seating, $18 for regular seating, and $25 for box seating.

IT IS REQUIRED THAT EACH CAST MEMBER SELL A MINIMUM OF 10 TICKETS PER CAST MEMBER!  This obligation is what makes it possible for us to cover the cost of production!  But to help reward you for fulfilling your obligation...we have a special gift for you!

Tickets will be given to you at the time of purchase.  No order form needed...so start taking orders from friends and family NOW and assure that your group sits together!  Tickets may be purchased at the front table each Saturday...or also by calling the office at 800.514.2787.
NO COSTUME ORDER FORM....NO COSTUME!
If you have not done so already, YOU MUST order your costumes this weekend so that we have time to construct and deliver the costumes to you in time for the performance. If you do not turn in your forms, we may not be able to provide you with a costume...and your cast member will not be allowed to participate in the show.  Download the fliers here and bring them with you to the front table on Saturday night.

This is our OFFICIAL fundraiser for the program...our Souvenir Show Program!  This beautiful booklet is based on the PLAYBILL program you receive when attending professional theatre.  Casting Listings, Show Information, Credits, and personalized dedications from YOU to YOUR CAST MEMBER fill this wonderful keep-sake from this production.  History in hand...

But the only way to make is EXTRA SPECIAL is for you, your family and friends to fill the blank pages with memories to cherish a lifetime!  And tell your cast member just how proud you are...with all their peers as witnesses that you love them!

For Two Weeks Only, we are accepting submissions of Local business Ads, Personal Ads, Dedications, Bio's and anything you can print...we can include!

All cast members recieve a free copy and additional booklets are made available to the public for purchase.  Let's make this the best Souvenir Keep-Sake of all time!
