Greetings!
There IS rehearsal this Friday, August 19, 2011 at Vista del Valle Elementary School, located at 550 Vista Drive (just west of Indian Hill Blvd), in Claremont, at our regular rehearsal times.
REMINDER: We will have no rehearsal for the next two weeks in honor of Labor Day! After tonight, our next rehearsal will be on Friday, September 9, 2011. MAKE SURE TO ATTEND THIS WEEKEND to get as much rehearsal time before our "mini-vacation!" ...now read on to find out more... |

YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR COSTUME OBLIGATION THIS WEEKEND!
It is ESSENTIAL that you order your costumes ASAP so that we have time to construct and deliver the costumes to you in time for the performance. We will have two weeks off starting next week and that does not leave a lot of time for us to fulfill your costume order in time if you delay. Download the fliers here and bring them with you to the front table Friday night.

FIELD TRIP FLIERS AVAILABLE - PLEASE HELP
 It's that time of year! A new school year begins and teachers are eager to find worthy activities for their students to participate in! So why not be the hero of your local school and invite them to a Field Trip performance of The Wizard of Oz?
You can download a field trip flier here and use to print off and deliver to your child's teacher, or email the teachers from your child's school. We also have field trip fliers available at rehearsal at the front table. Either way, an invitation to attend a field trip performance is a great way to start off the new year!

GROUP A and GROUP B parents! THIS FRIDAY, August 19, 2011, the staff will allow you to videotape THE STAFF doing the choreography your children have been learning. THIS IS A ONE TIME OFFER for you to bring your video camera's to a rehearsal! The staff will let you into the rehearsal room during the LAST 5 minutes of class! Be prepared! See you all this weekend....
