Many CEOs believe they are on their own when it comes to running the company. They pride themselves on being the lone wolf and prefer to solve problems on their own.
 
Trouble is, when the going gets tough, the stress and uncertainty can be overwhelming. Just because you're the CEO, doesn't mean you have all of the answers.
 
By reaching out to others, you'll learn a lot, make better decisions and become an even stronger leader. Talk to your executive team, your spouse and other leaders. Get their ideas, their feedback and their understanding.

Support, trust and candor can be remarkable tools for success.

Nancy named to the SFU Board of Governors
What an honour it was to be appointed recently to SFU's Board of Governors.  I look forward to doing whatever I can to support SFU at the board level.
On the road...
In the past few months I have been in Los Angeles, France and Toronto to delivery keynote speeches for as many as 800 executives. I am humbled and excited about the interest in The Talent Advantage.
