Ready or not, Fall is here. Depending on where you live, the temperatures are dropping, the leaves are beginning to change, and the days are getting shorter. No reason to fret though, with the outside activities put on hold it is a great time to cuddle up with a book and blanket, cup of tea, and delicious snack. For those of you still cheering from the sidelines at football and soccer fields or in the gym bleachers - a tasty and nutritious snack that will keep you going strong until dinner.

It is a Northwest Native American word that has a variety of derivations and meanings - like falcon, sacred, and high lofty place. We just like the name and sound of Sahale, and of course the mountain.
