Thursday, December 31, 2009 - 7pm
Hors D'oeuvres 7pm - Bruschetta, Veggies & Dip, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip.
Dinner 8pm - Prime Rib, Lobster Tail, Grilled Asparagus, Potato, Salad & more. Creme Brulee for Dessert.
Dancing to Follow - Music by DJ Mighty Quinn.
Champagne Toast - at Midnight.

| Join a Doubletree Committee
There are several Doubletree POA committees that could use your help.
Subdivision Beautification Committee
This committee's objective is to protect and enhance the property values of Doubletree through identification of needs and implementation of solutions as they are related to overall subdivision beautification. The committee will meet monthly.
Parks Committee
This newly formed committee will take the lead on organizing park details within Doubletree Lake Estates & Doubletree West. The committee needs members and a chairperson.
Newsletter Committee
The Doubletree newsletter needs ideas and writers to contribute to the monthly publication.
Security Committee
The revitalized Security Committee will review, discuss, and implement certain safety measures in the best interest of the Doubletree community.
Special Events Committee
This committees objective is to create and promote special events to enhance our community. The committee has implemented several events including the neighborhood-wide garage sale, back to school ice cream social, Winter Holiday Event and the upcoming Breakfast with Santa & New Year's Eve Party.

Don't forget. Your POA dues are coming due. Those who pay by December 1st receive a discount.
As an added incentive residents will receive a 10% dining discount for the entire year 2010 at Picasso's Restaurant. |
Winter is Coming 
Chances are we'll be seeing snow and ice real soon. Just a few reminders.
- Please refrain from parking in the street. Especially during winter snowfalls when snow plows must maneuver through the streets.
- Refrain from snow-blowing snow into the road or pedestrian walkways.
- Keep off the lake. Doubletree Lake is off-limits to fishing, skating, etc when ice forms on the lake.
