Note BooDear JABBERS: As our company continues to grow, we have been working with our team of shareholders and advisors to make some important decisions pertaining to JAB's future. As a mother of two little girls, my top priority is to nurture my children and lead them in the right direction as they grow and prosper. Many of you can relate to this. On a different level, I also have the similar responsibility of guiding my third child, JAB, as best I can. Over the past five-and-a-half years, I have learned that being a mother and running a business has many parallels. As with parenting, I have learned along this journey is that it really does take a village, that you shouldn't over-schedule, and that the best decisions are always the toughest ones to make.

With that, we have come to the conclusion that the best way for us to give JAB the wings it needs is to channel all of our resources, time and energy into our Florida markets. We have made the difficult, but necessary decision to put our JustAskBoo New York, Chicago, Atlanta and Orange County Newsletters on hold. Although this is bittersweet on a personal level, mostly because of the friendships we made with our incredibly talented team, we are confident that this will help catapult JAB to a new level of success.

We thank you for all your support JABBERS. We look forward to serving you better and stronger than ever here in South Florida, as we work to build our Miami South, Miami North, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach markets.

Happy JABBING!

-Boo
