Help with Sensory/Eating Problems
I am in need of a feeding specialist to work with my almost three-year-old who is an extremely picky eater due to oral sensory aversions/issues. This person would preferably have a gentle approach (so no force feeding techniques). My son is currently in speech therapy but I am not seeing much progress and my pediatrician thinks its purely behavioral but we have been struggling with this long before the terrible two's. He is otherwise a typically developing child. I am also looking for a support system to help and encourage me during this very frustrating period. I appreciate any help and advice you may have. Summer Real Estate Sales Heating Up in Miami By Ashley Cusack, EWM Realtors: REPLY There is much speculation that when school gets out in June, real estate in Miami slows down and home sales are nonexistent! While it's somewhat true that our showings do slow with so many people out of town, the real buyers are still out there looking, trying to get into new homes before the school year starts again. We actually have a steady stream of sales occurring all summer, so this "slowing down" rumor is really a myth! Last month was an incredibly active month in Miami. Coral Gables alone had 59 homes sell in June, with another 91 homes currently pending sale. In the Grove, 15 homes sold and 49 are currently pending. And in Pinecrest, 23 sold and 55 are pending. That's a pretty substantial amount of activity!*
