Holiday music is playing in stores and on the radio, strands of lights can be seen at night on neighboring homes, and you may have already bought gifts for loved ones. Yes, the holidays are here! We thought it might be helpful, before things really kick into high gear, to remind you of the simple things... to breathe, relax, relish in life's simple pleasures. Remember, this year more than ever, giving from the heart is the greatest gift of all. And although your teenager may insist that an iPod Touch or PS3 are the greatest gifts of all, take this opportunity to teach them about making memories, the importance of family and the true meaning of gratitude. From our family to yours, Happy Holidays!
Our featured Holistic Health & Wellness epsiode this week features an interview with Martin Boroson, author of One Moment Meditation. This Special Edition began airing on Thanksgiving Day, but there' still time to enter to win a copy of this fantastic book that teaches us how to incorporate effective meditation practices into our busy lives. Click here to learn more or listen now! We'd love to hear from you! Send your requests for Holistic Health & Wellness guests, feedback about the Holistic Option Ensurance Program (HOEP), general questions or comments about the site to info@TheHolisticOption.com.
