 The Green Mill

It's a 4th of July holiday homecoming when Kurt and the band return to play at The Green Mill this Friday, July 1, and Saturday, July 2.

Friday's show is 9:00 pm to 1:00 am, and Saturday's is 8:00 pm to midnight.

The Green Mill is at 4802 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640.

Fresh off a short tour of Canadian jazz festivals, plus a gig at Interlochen, MI, the line up this week includes Kurt, Laurence Hobgood on piano, John McLean on guitar, Erik Privert on bass, and Pete Van Nostrand on drums.

They'll be in top form for the home crowd at the Mill.  Canadian fans have raved about those shows:  "Awesome," "smokin'," "spectacular," "a blockbuster of a performance," ""I don't think I have seen a better jazz concert in my life!"

Count on a long line to get into the Mill, so come prepared to wait.  It'll be well worth it!
