Channel 7 Sunday Night Program - A Show About the Dangers of Gardasil Vaccine

Sorry for the late notice on this (after the fact) but I was out last
night and got emails from a few of our members (thank you!) about this story - too late to let you know about it before it happened.

Channel 7 did a fairly balanced program on Gardasil which is
surprising when you think about the shocking story they did a few
weeks ago on the whooping cough vaccine where they almost called
unvaccinated children murderers and accused them of 'spreading poison'.

One of our members has written a letter to the program which is
fantastic. It will take more letters though. We want them to do a
follow-up program where they actually LOOK at this issue fairly - and
not in the one-sided way they did previously.

Click here to view the video from Sunday night on Gardasil.

And here are links to part 1 and part 2 of the whooping cough programs if you haven't seen them already: (please note - these links are from YouTube - it appears that the original videos have been removed from the Channel 7 archive - one has to wonder why?)

Part 1 - http://tinyurl.com/kpn5xd

Part 2 - http://tinyurl.com/nwrtng

Below is the letter that I received from one of our members. Please
have a look at it and write to the producers of the Channel 7 program
yourselves to let them know what you think of their double standards
in regards to this issue. Why is it that the Gardasil vaccine can be
dangerous whilst the whooping cough and all other vaccines are
perfectly safe? Isn't it time they did a program on the risks of
vaccination?

Please cc your emails to channel 7 to me (or bcc if you'd prefer) and
let's see if we can't keep this issue alive for the media. You can
either write to them via their contact form on the web site which is
found at http://au.tv.yahoo.com/sunday-night/contact/ or, I have three email addresses for people who worked on the previous pertussis
program. You might want to write to them? Put them all into the To:
field on your email and they will all get the message.

Gabrielle Brady - GBrady@seven.com.au
Stephen Tucker - STucker@seven.com.au

"I want to commend you on your story about the dangers of the Gardasil vaccine, however I cannot believe the hypocrisy and double standards when you were so blatantly biased against those making claims of vaccines causing autism a few weeks ago (of which I was in the studio audience for your "debate"). What a shame you didnt have Chris Bath do a similar more balanced and compassionate story of real children being vaccine damaged, instead of the one sided and biased story and debate that the rude Mike Munro did on the subject. Surely if the Gardasil vaccine could damage teenage and adult women after one or two doses, then how much more can little babies be affected by multiple doses of multiple vaccines!"

Please get those letters out straight away and don't forget to send a copy to me too. The best action we can take at this time is positive action!

All the best,
Meryl Dorey

Want some free magazines?
Last week, my husband and I were in Lismore and quite by accident, met with Michelle who did the graphics for Informed Choice (the previous name for Living Wisdom) for several issues. It was great to catch up with her as we hadn't seen her for some time and she gave me a fantastic idea which I wanted to pass on to you.

She is aware of the difficulties we are having in getting new readers and how the media blocks our information every way they possibly can. What she has started to do is to take some of her old magazines out with her when she goes for a cup of coffee or when she goes to the dentist, the chiropractor, the doctor, etc. She then leaves them there so that others can see them and hopefully subscribe if they are interested in the articles and the issues that are covered.

I started to work with this idea over the last week and have old magazines in my car and also in my motorbike (I have left copies in Byron Bay so far but am planning on going much further afield in the near future).

Now, we have heaps of old magazines here taking up space and not doing us much good so, if you would like to help spread the message in the most direct way possible, please send us a red pre-paid parcel post satchel (they are $9.80 I believe from the post office). They will hold 3kg and we will stuff them full of magazines. Give them to your friends, your neighbours and anyone else you think would like a good read and also, leave them around whever you go.

Just like Johnny Appleseed planted apple trees across parts of North America (if the legend can be believed), keeping starvation at bay for generations of people, bears and other animals, we too can feed the population's need for information about the health of their families. And apart from the cost of the satchels, it won't cost you a thing.

So, send in those satchels today and we will get the magazines off to you straight away. Please be sure and include a note letting us know what the satchel is for (just in case).
