Callout for all members in South-East QLD
Please support our free information day!

Below is the community announcement for the AVN's FREE information day on vaccination which will be held on the Sunshine Coast in just over a week. We were very rushed to put this on due to the serious allegations made in Australian media over the last fortnight regarding the risk the unvaccinated pose to those who have received vaccines.

There was no time to waste and so, we have put this event together on the fly and we need your help to promote it and to also assist on the day if you are in the area.

We need people who can distribute flyers to their local health food shops as well as to practitioner's offices and anywhere else where parents who might want to attend will be; people who will contact their child's school to see if this information can go into the school newsletter and others who would be willing to letterbox drop in their neighbourhood.  If you are in a position to help with any of these jobs, we need to hear from you before Monday!

Please call Meryl on her mobile number which is 0414 872 032 if you can assist in any way.

Vaccination - information for the health of our community
Sunday - March 22nd
Lake Kawana Community Centre
Sportsman's Parade, Bokarina
Sponsored by the AVN

A day to put fear aside and become informed about this important issue. A day for the community to come together and show that they support the right to informed health choice in Australia.

The Australian Vaccination Network would like to invite all interested parties to the Lake Kawana Community Centre located on Sportsman's Parade in Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast for a FREE afternoon of information and support.

Starting at 1:30 PM and continuing until 5:30-6:00 PM, we plan on presenting both sides of the vaccination debate to allow you, the parents and healthcare consumers of the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland, an opportunity to question, learn and ultimately, choose whether you want to vaccinate fully, selectively or not at all as is your right.

Speakers from QLD public health have been invited to talk about the case for medical vaccination as have speakers from the natural health community to talk about the usefulness of natural health measures in supporting and protecting the immune system. Meryl Dorey from the Australian Vaccination network will also speak about the case for informed choice and about actions which we can all take to protect those rights for ourselves and our children.

Entry is free though a gold coin donation is requested and there will be books and other information available on the day. Filtered water will be provided and  organic refreshments will be for sale.

So bring your partners, your neighbours, your friends and your health care providers along for what is bound to be an informative day.
