Martin Luther King Jr had a dream of a world where all people would be treated as equals and though he died well before he could see that dream come to fruition, it is his work on the Civil Rights movement in the US that has seen the election of a black man as President of the United States. An event which most had considered to be impossible.
 
Well, I have a dream too. My dream is that one day, I will live to see a world where everyone has the right to 'just say no' to vaccination. Where drug company money won't be able to buy the good opinion of the media; where people's minds are not so overwhelmed by fear of diseases that they ignore the dangers of vaccines and where medical professionals actually work to create health rather than destroy diseases their own drugs and vaccines have created.
 
And with New Year approaching at top speed, I feel it is appropriate to share with you my dream that we are currently in the end days of vaccination as we know it.
 
In the US, The Georgia Supreme Court has allowed a family to sue a drug company directly rather than going through the so-called no-fault system. And this family is one of almost 5,000 such families who will be taking drug companies and the government to court for the damage done to their children by vaccination. During this court process, discovery will lead to the release of information on vaccination which has been hinted at for years but never revealed - information that will uncover the lies that have enabled vaccines to kill, injure and maim our children for almost 200 years in much the same way that tobacco companies killed injured and maimed with impunity.
 
In the UK, top government scientists are now coming 'out of the closet' and stating the vaccines are a causal factor in many if not all cases of autism - statements which, once they are proven in both courts of law and in the laboratory - will ring the death knell for vaccines as we know them.
 
Every year should end on an up note (it ought to be the law!) and therefore, though the economy is more than troubled and our environment is in intensive care, the consciousness of the majority of people living on this planet is being rocked to its base and the masses are waking up! I feel more hopeful today then ever before that we will find a way out of our self-inflicted mess and yes, that I will live to see vaccine freedom in our lifetime as well as global environmental redemption and an economy that allows us all to live our lives to our full potential.
 
Call me a crazy optimist, but that is my dream. And if enough of us not only dream it, but act in ways that will help it come to pass, perhaps before too many more New Years have passed, we will all live to see it.

Porous pavement to harvest city stormwater
A team of researchers at Melbourne's Monash University is already on the case, reports The Australian (19 July 2006 p27). Academics at the Institute for Sustainable Water Resources have won a $90,000 Australian Research Council linkage grant, for joint university-industry projects, to study the efficacy of porous pavement for city surfaces.
Aussie product: They will study an Australian product, PermaPave. ISWR deputy director Aria Deletic told the HES that low-use areas, such as car parks, residential streets and pedestrian areas, were most suitable.
