| Group Insurance Trust Will Cover H1N1 Vaccination
Due to the potential severity of the H1N1 virus, the plans offered through the IBA Group Insurance Trust will cover the cost of the H1N1 vaccination. This is meant to encourage everyone who is eligible to get this important vaccination.
This coverage will last at least through November 1, 2010 and may be extended beyond this time.
Please Note:
- If the vaccination is performed at a doctor's office, the plan participant will be responsible for paying the appropriate office visit copay or deductible (under a high deductible health plan).
- The vaccine is provided by the government at no charge. The Trust will cover the cost of administering the vaccine.
- This additional coverage is for the H1N1 vaccination only and standard coverage will apply to seasonal flu or pneumonia vaccinations.
