Patients who are being treated with specialty medication now have the option of having those medications shipped to their local CVS pharmacy for pick-up.  It is ideal for patients who are being treated with specialty medications that need an alternative to traditional delivery method.

 

The list of medications is quite inclusive and consists of most refrigerated specialty products, non-refrigerated specialty products and ancillaries.  Patients also have the flexibility to change the delivery location with every order.

 

This is a patient opt-in program.  Patients that are interested simply need to notify their CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy Service Representative or they will be asked if they would like this option when they call Caremark SpecialtyRx for their next refill.
