COBRA Subsidy Reports: Quarterly Delivery
The COBRA subsidy report provides confirmation of the dates Principal Life Insurance Company received 35% premium payments from Assistance Eligible Individuals. This report is used when completing your quarterly employment tax return (Form 941).
Following delivery of the first two months of subsidy reports, employers responded that sending the reports quarterly rather than monthly would be more convenient.
Therefore, these reports will now be sent to you on a quarterly basis effective immediately.
