A Texas Eye on the Dollars
Contractors who want to work on projects funded with federal stimulus dollars, small businesses who need a micro loan, institutions of higher education doing energy or scientific research, or non-profit organizations seeking federal stimulus grants for the arts or human services can all find the information they need at one source - The Texas Comptroller's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act website

Once on the homepage, click on "Apply for Funding" to find information on grants or on contracting for stimulus projects.  The Comptroller estimates $16 billion in federal stimulus funds will come our state.  This site will help Texans access these funds and track how they are spent.
