We made it! Another Spring begins and with it, another birthday for the shop ( I've stopped having them personally). This past Monday marks the ninth birthday or anniversary of purchasing the Rainbow. Wow! I don't like to be a braggart, but there were many times this year that I didn't think we would be able to celebrate. This year's economy has taken its toll on many and I recognize that buying gifts comes behind the groceries, the utilities, the ridiculous $3.50 a gallon gas and many more essential things. It is with deep gratitude that I can be able to celebrate another year of living a dream. It is only because of your support and loyalty that it happens. Please know how much I appreciate that.

Crystal Energies Heal

In our last issue we spoke of using rose quartz, the stone of Love, to send healing to Japan and around the world where so much is needed. Tod  ay I want to share info about Quartz in general (Rose quartz is one form of quartz as are amethyst, citrine, and others). Quartz crystals are the most powerful healing stones available. It absorbs, releases, and regulates energy. It generates electromagnetism and dispels static electricity. It works at a vibrational level specific to the requirements of the person needing healing or beginning spiritual work. It cleanses and enhance organs, and acts as a deep cleanser, connecting the physical dimension with the mind. It aids concentration,stimulates the immune system and brings the body into balance. Upcoming Classes
|  Our classes continue to grow, but there is still plenty of room. This Sunday we have a very different type of presentation, Table Tipping. Popular in the Victorian days as a parlor game, today Table Tipping is used as a divination tool providing a safe and experiential way for you to develop a relationship with your spirit guides,angels, and masters. and a direct channel to loved ones now in the spirit realm. Led by Elaine O'Brien Sharron MSW who is a Medium, Reiki Master, Reconnective Healing Practitioner with a background in Medical and Educational Social Work, who receives information psychically. It is likely you will receive inspirational messages from spirit for yourself. Fee is $30 per person and you MUST REGISTER by Friday 3/25 (tomorrow). Next Tuesday March 29 from 6:00-8:00 pm, Tammi Wilson leads a class in Cutting and Releasing Old Energetic Cords. Feeling stuck? Unable to make the progress you want? Come and learn about the cords that bind us and limit our abilitiy to be who we want to be. As a Reiki MAster and Energy worker, Tammi has developed an interesting method for cutting these ties and moving forward into a better life. Fee is $25 per person and class also requires pre-registration by 3/25. Tammi will also be leading a two part class in Intuitive Tarot on Sundays April 3 and 10. These sessions will each be 3 hours long (10:00 am-1:00pm), require pre-registration by 3/31, and have a fee of $65 for both sessions, include handouts and 3-5 card readings at each session. Each person attending must have a Tarot deck; bring your own or purchase one at the Rainbow (10% discount if enrolled). Need help choosing a deck? Call us for advice. Paralyzed by fear, or marching forward on faith and positive thought?
|  | Have you felt the fear around everyone? Do you find yourself bogged down in all the fearful and negative news of the world, the rising prices, the general slow-down of business everywhere? Me , too. During the past few months, like many of you, I have been in a deep "down", fueled by finances, the weather, the state of the world and my own fears. It is difficult sometimes to even get through a normal day without feeling depressed and afraid.
But the Law of Attraction says that "like attracts like", which simply means that when you are fearful, you get more fear. Just like a magnet, you get what is attracted to you. Do you want more fear? Of course not, so why attract more of it by fearing everything. What do you suppose would happen if you said farewell to your fear and felt positive instead? Try it. I guarantee you will feel better. Refuse to fear, even if you have to pretend. Turn the negatives around you into gratitude. For every doom and gloom statement, find something to smile about (even if it is the silliest, most mundane thing you can think about. IT DOES WORK, honest! (And even if you don't find it changes anything but your outlook, THAT will be a good thing which will attract more good things!)
