Introducing upcoming chapter leadership

  

2012 Chapter President Dan Stuber, CPM
 

stuberDan is a Director, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities at Franklin Templeton Investments ("FTI"). He is currently overseeing FTI's Northern U.S. & Canada portfolio of office buildings that are owned, leased or subleased.Joining FTI in 1988, working for FTI's Continental Property Management Company subsidiary, he managed office, retail, multi-family, medical office, mini-storage and car wash properties. During the 90's, he oversaw operations of several REIT portfolios and leasing/operations for partnership ventures. Additional responsibilities included acquisition, disposition and re-financing activities. During 1999, he transitioned to a Facility Manager role as FTI moved from leased premises to an owned corporate campus. In 2006, he was promoted to a Director.

            Previously, he was involved with HUD subsidized apartments and multi-family properties (apartment & condo's). He earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Management from Weber State College and a Graduate Business and Management Certificate in Finance from Notre Dame de Namur. Designations include: CPM in 2002 and CFM in 2005.

 

2012 President-Elect Chet Fitzell, CPM 

FitzellPresident-Elect Nominee Chet Fitzell's career expands 30 plus years in commercial and residential property management. Last year, he was named CPM of the Year for  his role as Legislative Chair-- scheduling meetings with member of Congress and State Legislative members.Fitzell also serves on the Legislative and Policy Committee for the IREM National. 

Chet has been with Eugene Burger Management Corporation since July 2002. He was the District Manager responsible for the operation, management, supervision, training and staff of EBMC's San Francisco office. Chet was responsible for compliance issues relating to the various properties that included CID's, retail and commercial units, Cooperatives and Tenancy in Common properties. Chet continues managing properties for EBMC in the corporate office in Rohnert Park.

Prior to Eugene Burger Management, Chet worked with Lincoln Properties both as an on-site manager of 260 apartment units in Vallejo, and assisted in the tum-around of 2,100 units in Salinas. Formal education includes a BA from the University of California-Hayward, In addition to his CPM, Chet is a designated CCAM®, California Association Community Manager. Chet is Past Commander of VFW Post 1557, Vietnam Veterans of America, and continues to conduct music and teach music and US History.
