April 22nd is Earth Day, in the Vedas she is known as Bhumi Devi and is the mother of Sita. Let us honor her and pray that we can learn to become her gentle stewards instead of repeatedly abusing her. "All life is created in love, and thus in the depths of every being lies a good heart. It seems more and more often that I hear from people that they feel tired, or they didn't sleep well and "aren't at their best" today. What makes our minds race? What is it that causes us to constantly try to analyze life events or stress about  things that we really have little control over? What makes us worry needlessly?
