Buff-bellied hummingbird

2010 has started off with some super rare birds in Georgia!

Two western species have been visiting hummingbird feeders and attracting birders from all over the southeast, a
Buff-bellied Hummingbird
at a home on St. Simon's Island and a
Virginia's Warbler
in Valdosta.

Several of our customers have hosted wintering Rufous Hummingbirds and a few Baltimore Orioles, too!

Orange-crowned warbler

This Orange-crowned Warbler
was spotted at a suet feeder in Lawrenceville.  It was also seen sipping nectar from Mahonia flowers!

A big Thank You to
