  • Vision Planning Session

    Let you voice be heard

In the fall of 2008, The Arc of Whatcom County received the deeds for 2 lots and the buildings on them located at 3399 Alderwood Ave. and 3406 Redwood Ave.

These properties were originally purchased over 50 years ago by community members working in association with The Arc.
The property has continuously been used for the support of people in the community with developmental disabilities.

The previous owners, NorthWest Industries provided pre-vocational services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
The ownership for the lots was returned to The Arc when NorthWest Industries closed.

Help plan for the future of these lots.
