    Families, care providers, school personnel, health care providers, community service agencies ALL are invited to attend

    This community meeting is planned to identify and address issues facing children with developmental concerns, their families, and the community that provides service for them.

    In preparation for the meeting, families and care providers are being asked to take separate surveys.
