Macrobiotics and the Spirit of Thanksgiving
with Ed Esko

Friday, November 25th
10:00am -12:00pm
   $75 (meals not included)

In this exciting workshop explore ways in which the gratitude expressed at Thanksgiving is
the cultivation of gratitude central
to the macrobiotic way of living.

Together with Edward  you will discuss the macrobiotic motto of thanks and giving expressed as "one grain, ten thousand grains," and why living a life of gratitude puts us in harmony with nature and the universe.

He will guide participants in a special self-reflection and meditation designed to aid in the development of a genuine spirit of thankfulness for society, nature, and the universe.

At the end of the workshop you will have gained new tools to express thanks and gratitude not only at Thanksgiving but throughout the year.
