One of the quickest ways out of this cycle of suffering with relationship difficulties, especially repeating patterns or relationships that are trending toward the negative, is to heal the connections between individuals directly. By dealing with a relationship issue, we "catch" the energy before it hits our physical body and creates a disease --- so you are actually staying ahead of your personal healing process, so to speak, by healing what is going on in your relationships!
