Jesus repeatedly taught that we are to mature in the spiritual life. He said we are to be transformed, to develop into Christlikeness, and to grow in our ability to digest spiritual meat. Spiritual Formation desires to assist individuals, small groups, and congregations in their desire and efforts to invite and allow the Holy Spirit to work within themselves and their congregations.
