The birthday child must be turning at least 3 years old

Parents and Guardians must fill out an Emergency Release Form for all Riders.

Any riders with a medical diagnosis will need a doctor's note.

Birthday parties are limited to 15 children. One Ironstone Farm Riding Instructor will be available for the duration of the party. If you have 16 or more children attending, we require an additional instructor at an extra cost of $50.

All riders must wear an ASTM-SEI approved helmet. Ironstone Farm has a selection available to borrow.

Please plan to bring all supplies and food required for the party.

Farm is available for set-up 30 minutes prior to the party.

In case of inclement weather, pony rides will be moved into our spacious indoor arena.

Please share the following guidelines with your guests:

Children must remain be accompanied closely by an adult at all times. Ironstone is a working farm and wandering visitors can create hazardous conditions for all concerned.

The animals at Ironstone Farm live in harmony with one another. Introduction of a new animal is handled very carefully. For safety reasons, we would ask that you leave your pets at home.

Please do not wander around the farm unless you are accompanied by a staff member.  Areas where animals and machinery are kept can be hazardous. For everyone's well-being, please stay within program limits.

For riders, please wear boots or sturdy shoes with solid heels. For spectators: Sneakers, boots or shoes.

Sandals, "Crocks", open-backed or open-toed shoes are strongly discouraged on the farm.
