I am privileged to have been invited to deliver a keynote at the September 23 conference and to facilitate a round-table on leadership recruitment, development and retention.

On October 7, PricewaterhouseCoopers Mexico will host an annual conference on expatriate management.  The topics will provide lots of technical information on international assignment management from the Mexican perspective.  I have also been invited to deliver a keynote.  Click here for PWC Mexico registration information.

This summer our company has been involved in several projects related to the evaluation of both high and low-level employees in several multinational corporations.  Specifically we have been working on identifying leadership competencies and the identification of potential "derailers" (characteristics that can throw a promising career off-course) in various group of "high-potential" employees.   These are performers, with the potential to advance two or more levels in the organization
