I almost never send out ToolGirl Newsletters
for the following reasons:
I don't like to bug you unless I'm pretty
sure I have
something to say.
I'm not selling anything.
I spend a lot of time in the garage and
there's no Internet out there, so the
temptation to write Newsletters is low
whereas the temptation to use the table saw
is high.
P.S. I'm working at boosting the signal on my
wireless network so that I can soon send
breaking news from the garage.

If you're ripping out musty carpet but you're
not ready to spring for solid hardwood or
uber cool bamboo flooring, try this amazing
way of creating a faux-plank surface.
I've heard from many, many people who've had
great success with this technique, and they
have the surprised relatives to prove it.

Okay, hold onto your suspenders. I got
together with a couple of friends and we shot
some experimental video in the garage. Only
it doesn't look like it's in the garage.
Betcha can't tell though.
In this video you'll learn techniques to give
clay flower pots tons of character. (Or
'tonnes' if you live in Canada.)
