January 21 | Spring classes begin. | January 21-22 | Most Saturday and Sunday classes begin. Check specific class listings for start dates. | January 21-February 3 | Late enrollments - space available basis. Campus Alert System Your attention please...
A loud siren will be heard throughout the DVC campuses the first Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m. This will be a test of our Campus Alert System. There is nothing you need to do during a siren test.
In the event of an actual emergency or crisis situation, the siren sound will continue for three minutes. Students and all campus personnel will be instructed to Shelter, Shut, and Listen.

DVC Scholarship programScholarship applications deadline has been extended to Thursday, February 9, 2012 at noon. Each application must include two letters of recommendation to be considered. One application can qualify for multiple scholarships. Thousands of dollars are available for DVC students who are continuing or transferring to a four-year college or university in fall 2012 through the Scholarship Program. Stop by the DVC Scholarship Office in the Student Services Center for other scholarship opportunities.

Transfer Day
Save the Date! NEW Spring Transfer Day! Monday, February 6, 2012 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Diablo Room (cafeteria). CSU, UC, private and out of state colleges and universities will be in attendance. All college representatives will be ready to answer both domestic and international admission questions.

Educational Talent Search ProgramThe Educational Talent Search Program at DVC seeks volunteer tutors and Teacher Assistants (TA) for spring and summer 2012.
