Educational Talent Search Program
T R I O logo The Educational Talent Search Program at DVC seeks paid teacher assistants for summer 2010 math program.

Teacher Assistants (TA) are needed to work with local middle and high school students for the summer. Students interested in being future secondary level math teachers and gaining classroom experience this summer should contact Jackie Castellano at [email protected].

Smoking policy reminder
Reminder: the DVC campus is smoke-free.   Smoking is permitted in the parking lots only.  DVC's smoking policy
Campus Alert System
$20tuitionYour attention please...

A loud siren will be heard throughout the DVC campuses the first Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m.  This will be a test of our Campus Alert System.  There is nothing you need to do during a siren test.

In the event of an actual emergency or crisis situation, the siren sound will continue for three minutes. Students and all campus personnel will be instructed to Shelter, Shut, and Listen.

Summer Parking Permits will be available beginning May 24, 2010 on WebAdvisor.  This will be the only way to purchase semester permits.  Summer session is still $20, the fall semester will be $40.  There will be signage at the campuses and instructions on the web.
 
The parking grace period for summer is from June 14 to June 20, 2010. Enforcement begins on June 20, 2010.  This is the only grace period for summer. 
 
Effective June 1, 2010 the daily permit will be increased to $3.
