Counseling Center
D V C Counseling CenterThe Counseling Center has a new program, E-SARS, that allows DVC college students to schedule appointments through the counseling website.
 
Students may schedule spring 2010 appointments using E-SARS if they are 18 years+, and have not attended any other college or university.

Students who need to have a special form filled out (VA Ed Plan, Financial Aid Max Time Frame Form, CALWorks Ed Plan, EOPS 70 unit Ed Plan) must call or stop by the Counseling Center 925-685-1230 ext. 2276 or 2278.
 
Students will be asked for their DVC Student ID number and their birth date.
Financial Aid
The Cal Grant deadline is March 2nd!
Apply now for your 2010-2011 FAFSA and Cal Grant. You can also apply to receive financial aid for this semester. It's not too late! Visit the Financial Aid Office for more information. You can also add us on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and follow our blog.

The Associated Students of Diablo Valley College (ASDVC) meetings have begun and are open to all.  ASDVC meets Tuesdays 2-4 p.m. in the Student Union Conference Room. 


The Inter-Club Council (ICC) meetings are also open to all.  ICC meets Thursdays 3:30-5 p.m. in the Student Union Conference Room.


Join a club!  Participate in Student Life Workshops and Brown Bags!  Enhance your student development! A list of opportunities and calendars with events, dates, and times are available at the Student Life Office and online calendar.  Stop by the next Club Days in the Quad on March 2nd and 3rd from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Campus Alert System
$20tuition Your attention please...

A loud siren will be heard throughout the DVC campuses the first Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m.  This will be a test of our Campus Alert System.  There is nothing you need to do during a siren test.

In the event of an actual emergency or crisis situation, the siren sound will continue for three minutes. Students and all campus personnel will be instructed to Shelter, Shut, and Listen.
