Howard County's community foundation, [ABAG Member] The Columbia Foundation, named Beverly J. White-Seals president and CEO. "Beverly White-Seals' proven leadership abilities, along with the board of trustees, will propel The Columbia Foundation to double in size, allowing us to better serve the arts, children and families in Howard County," said Earl Armiger, chair of The Columbia Foundation's board of trustees.
