Red Line Wins Key Federal Approval! | |
The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has granted approval for the Baltimore Red Line to move forward with Preliminary Engineering. Only 10 other projects across the country are at the Preliminary Engineering phase - and rarely does a project reach this milestone and then not get funded for construction.
