Meet Newest Police Horse
Dunbar is the latest addition to the Police Department's mounted unit. Sergeant Dirk Regan (right) says Dunbar came to the City after suffering abuse at the hands of a previous owner. Today Dunbar is healthy and is helping patrol officers with community outreach and crowd control. He is approximately 10 years old, and is a bay quarter horse gelding who stands at 16.1 hands tall. |
