Riverside Mayor Appointed to Ontario International Airport Authority
Works to regain local control of ONT

On September 4, 2012 the Ontario City Council voted unanimously to appoint Riverside Mayor Ronald O. Loveridge and Lucy Dunn, President and CEO of the Orange County Business Council, to the newly formed Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA).

"Ontario International Airport is a regional asset serving a large population in four counties," said Loveridge who will step down as Riverside's mayor on December 12 after serving for 18 years. "It is appropriate that it be governed by an airport authority with region-wide representation and participation. I am pleased to join the other members of the airport authority as we work through the transfer of the airport from Los Angeles and oversee the resurgence of ONT as an integral part of the Southern California airports system." (Read full press release...)

Award-Winning Design Build Firm Moves Into Its New Corporate Headquarters in Riverside

Hal Hays Construction Inc. (HHCI), an award-winning design build firm providing vertical and horizontal construction and modernization services, recently announced its move to a new corporate office headquarters located at 4181 Latham Street in Riverside.

The new office opening marks the achievement of another historical milestone in the company's vision to grow its customer base and services. At over three times the size of the company's previous location, the new space is designed to accommodate its expanding clientele, management team, and professional staff.

"This new office expansion comes on the heels of successful completion of ongoing projects. I'm excited and proud about this move, our new headquarters, and expanding operations and growing presence in this industry," states Hal Hays, Founder and CEO.

HHCI's new 28,400 square foot industrial facility features a first-class training center; a large display of museum-quality, historically restored working trucks; state-of-the-art collaboration space to facilitate management, estimating, construction crews, and support staff; and plenty of space to grow. HHCI's new location is in close proximity to many of the firm's working project sites and is centrally located for clients and teaming partners.

Founded in 1990, HHCI is a general and civil construction firm that has over 850 combined years of military and public agency project management experience on over 1,000 successful projects valued at over $388 million. HHCI has extensive project resources including self-performing crews and in-house owned equipment as well as advanced technology for contract, project, financial, and equipment management.
