Eat Empowered with Protein
Eggs

During the month of April and the Easter season, eggs are finally getting the representation they deserve!

There are plenty of ways to prepare your hard-boiled, color-coated high protein foods after the Easter bunny has come and gone!

Eggs are egg-ceptional because they are high in protein and they also have been found to improve memory and decrease inflammation in your body.

Try a deviled eggs recipe this week using low-fat mayo or hummus, Dijon mustard, and topped with paprika or dill pickle. For an added kick, try mixing in horseradish!
