RE: INCREASE YOUR PROPERTY VALUE WITH FREE GRAFFITI REMOVAL
Dear Jamaica Center BID Property Owner:
Since its inception, the mission of the Jamaica Center Business Improvement District has been to keep the Jamaica Center business district clean and welcoming. It is known that graffiti contributes to the deterioration and a decrease in property values. Well kept properties promote livability, community appearance and safe, social and economic conditions of the community.
Relative to graffiti, the BID, has a program to help you in eradicating unwanted graffiti, bills, and stickers on your property. Once authorization is received from you or your authorized representative, our skilled Clean Team from Block-by-Block will remove graffiti. This service is provided free of charge. If you are not interested in the free graffiti removal service, you may of course decline the offer.
Click here for a revocable waiver form which, when signed, authorizes the BID's crew to remove graffiti, bills, and stickers from your property.
The authorization form will be kept on file and should you be troubled by graffiti in the future, simply report it to the BID office at 718-JAMAICA (526-2422) and state that you have already signed a waiver. If you ever would like to remove yourself from this free program, simply inform us in writing. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
