"May is Bike Month" speeding toward Sacramento
and there is a very good reason to ride. Aside from being fun and lowering carbon footprints every time a pedal turns, it does employees good to do something healthy. The Alliance supports bicyclists at Energizer Stations every Thursday in May on the American River Parkway near the Guy West Bridge - the only Energizer Station along the parkway in the afternoons.
Employees are encouraged to start a team or challenge a friend, no matter if it's 5 miles or 100. Exchange one car trip with a bike ride. Log miles at mayisbikemonth.com or "Like" May is Bike Month on Facebook. The first Energizer Station will be up on Thursday, May 3rd. Ride by.
